FORE AND SIDE DECKSThe vessel is equipped with Stainless Steel anchor platform with a 140 Lbs. CQR anchor, an Ideal Windlass and cleats. There are one and one-quarter inch stainless steel handrails, stanchions and bow pulpit.
The cockpit is very roomy. Forward to port are Engine Shift Controls for Fishing and Docking. Starboard is entrance to an Outside Head with outside overhead shower. Center Teak Fish Station with tackle storage, $10,000 USD Murray Fish Fighting Chair, Teak Swim Platform with ladder. There is also a fresh-water wash down, shore power reciprocal, two warping winches and swim platform with ladder. Aft to starboard is the Hydraulic Engine Room Hatch, with another emergency engine room hatch aft of the saloon door.
The flying bridge has a full set of instruments, engine controls with New Simrad Autopilot Relay Control, VHF radio, depth sounder, Long Bench seat with soft white cushions, and a Two Person Orthopedic Bunk, just aft, wind/spray shield (new 2017), bimini top, antenna, and signal mast. There is also a PFD storage container, wet bar with stainless steel sink, Hoshiaka ice maker, Recently Recertified cradled Life Raft in canister, a set of heavy duty boat davits (with new motors), Boston Whaler with 40 hrs Yamaha Outboard in cradle, wave runner, BBQ, flood lights and Engine Shift Controls on starboard aft Poop Deck for Docking and Fishing.
The pilot house has Vosper Stabilizers Gyroscope Control Box, New Simrad Auto Pilot, Furuno Radar, 2 Nav Computers, Bilge, Fire, and Engine Alarms. Furuno Fish Finder and Data Depth Gauge, separate Helm Battery with switch. Full set of engine controls, instruments, gauges, radios, etc. 5 Helm Seats. Two stationary, and 3 Wooden Portable. Large helm Berth with Goose Down Pillows, also serves for more comfortable seating. A Teak ladder provides access to the Fly Bridge and Poop Deck.
There are 4 Cabins that can accommodate 6 Adults, and 2 Children or teenagers, 8 people total. The Large Goose Down Saloon Couch can also accommodate 2 Adults, and one child or teenager. Often, yet another guest is found in the morning on the setee next to the dining table. The Poop Deck Orthopedic Bunk is popular for sleeping outside under the stars! The Large Double Pilot House Bunk is usually occupied by the Captain at night, to keep an eye on Vessel Security, but is used by the guests during the day.The master stateroom is amidships and contains a king sized bed, with ample draws and hanging lockers, two night stands with lamps, vanity with stool, mirror, TV and air conditioning, and a private head.  The guest cabin stateroom forward to starboard contains upper Orthopedic bunk, desk, hanging lockers. There is a starboard head, vanity, hand basin, shower, and a door to the crew’s quarter. The Forward Port Crew’s Cabin has double bunks, head and shower, and the EMERGENCY ESCAPE HATCH. All crew use the Mates Cabin head and shower. All cabins have A/C.The main salon to starboard contains a custom entertainment center and bar, a entertainment center with all new electronics. There is a settee, a wood dining table and four teak chairs, a bar and wine storage cabinet aft. There is a LG 40”(new 2015) TV in saloon. On the port side is a sectional Goose down sofa, two beverage tables, Venetian blinds, and a door to the cockpit. There is a 110-volt AC panel and a start-up and shut-down switch for the generator. The galley is U-shaped with a double stainless steel sink, trash compacter, dish washer, blender, stove, and a refrigerator/freezer. There is a new five burner gas stove and a new oven.

The interior cosmetically throughout is in good condition, including the bright work, carpeting and upholstery. There are flooring and furniture covers in place until the owners arrive on board.
